YOUTH MINISTRIES

"So deeply do we care for you
that we are determined
to share with you
not only the gospel of God,
but also our own selves,
because you have become
very dear to us."
—1 Thessalonians 2:8

GET INVOLVED

Adult Youth Leader
Our Adult Youth Leaders play an integral role in our ministries with middle school and high school students on Sunday evenings (and beyond).  More important than leading games, singing, or small group discussions, these volunteers provide guidance, mentoring, and direction to students as they grow in spiritual and intellectual maturity.  They walk alongside students and help them in the spiritual, practical, and intellectual challenges that accompany adolescence.

Driver/Chaperone
We always need responsible drivers and chaperones for our special events.  If you can help get us from place to place or if you enjoy hanging out with young people on special occasions, we need you.  Please contact the church office for the next opportunity.

Behind the Scenes Helper
There are many behind-the-scenes ways to help our youth ministry a success.  We need people to help make phone calls, write announcements, organize special events, gather volunteers, collect money, set-up for events, and clean up afterwards.

The best way to get involved is to talk directly with our Coordinator of Youth Ministries, Kim Erickson.  Per child protection policy, a background check is performed on all volunteers who work directly with our youth.
